Who We Are
Tracy Moser
Leadership Coach
(937) 669-6500
As a Leadership Coach, Tracy is passionate about listening to people’s stories to understand how she can help them transform into their best selves. She meets them where they are, guiding them on their journey to achieve their goals. Nothing excites her more than seeing individuals grow in confidence and close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
With a background in human resources leadership roles, Tracy seamlessly transitioned into coaching and was driven by her lifelong passion for helping people develop and grow. A lifelong learner, Tracy is always seeking new knowledge and growth in all areas of her life. She firmly believes that everything happens for a reason, and in her role as a Coach, she feels she is truly living her dream
Connection and collaboration are at the heart of Tracy’s coaching philosophy. She believes the best answers come from within and that true wellbeing—mind, body, and spirit—allows individuals to uncover their potential both personally and professionally
Outside of coaching, Tracy is an avid yogi who not only practices yoga but also teaches. She plays tennis weekly to stay active and engaged. Tracy loves dogs and has creatively combined her passions by organizing “Pawliday Yoga”, an annual fundraiser for the local animal shelter, where participants can practice yoga with furry adoptable friends Above all, Tracy cherishes the time she spends with her two rescue dogs, her friends and family, especially her grandson
What’s something you’re constantly striving to get better at?
“Slowing down and enjoying the little things in life.”
What are the values that drive you?
“There are two that drive me: responsibility and individualization. Responsibility— doing what you say and saying what you mean — is about being intentional with your actions and words. Individualization to me means recognizing the unique qualities in others, drawing out their strengths, and helping them shine.”
Why Aileron?
“If you’ve ever been here, you already know. The moment you drive onto Campus, the world seems to melt away. It’s a space where you can truly connect, focus, and breathe. To me, there’s no better environment for learning, being, and coaching.”
