Facilitated Workshop
7 hours in person
Participants will learn core conscious leadership principles alongside their peers and under the guidance of an Aileron Facilitator.

Energy Leadership Index Assessment
~30 minutes online
On their own, participants take an ELI Assessment — a research-backed tool that gives awareness into how they show up in times of stress and non-stress.

Peer Group
90 minutes virtually
One month after the workshop, participants gather virtually for a follow-up Peer Group to debrief their ELI Assessment results with their Facilitator.

True vs. Truth is a tool to help you make sense of a circumstance, unpack how your filter may be influencing your view of a situation, and empower you to change what you have control over.
Catabolic vs. Anabolic Energy
