When Life Happens: Your Guide to Cancelling and Rescheduling Services with Aileron

At Aileron, we know that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes shift. Our cancellation and rescheduling windows are designed to give you clarity and flexibility while honoring the commitment and energy we share in our work together.

Coaching Sessions

Cancellation window: We understand that life gets busy. If something comes up, you’re welcome to cancel your coaching session at least 24 hours in advance. Just use your coach’s Calendly link (included in your calendar invite) to make the change. Missed sessions without prior notice will be forfeited, but we’ll always do our best to help you get back on track.

Rescheduling window: Need to move your session? No problem—easily reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice using your coach’s Calendly link in your calendar invite. Out of respect for our coaches’ time, we’re not able to offer reschedules or refunds within 24 hours of your scheduled session.

Expiration window: Your coaching package is yours to enjoy for 12 months from your first session. Any sessions you haven’t used by then will simply expire—so we encourage you to make the most of your time with us.

Workshops

Cancellation window: Plans change—we get it. You can cancel your workshop registration at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit toward a future service. If something comes up within 24 hours, you’re welcome to transfer your registration to another date on our public schedule. Missed workshops without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit. To cancel your registration to a workshop or program, email our customer service team at [email protected].

Rescheduling window: We kindly ask that you provide 7 days’ notice to reschedule a workshop. To reschedule a workshop or program, email our customer service team at [email protected] and we’ll get you set up.

Multi-Session Programs (Becoming a More Conscious Leader, Course for Presidents, Activating Professional Management, Strategic Planning)

Cancellation window: Should you need to step away from a program after it’s begun, we’re happy to offer a prorated refund or credit equal to the value of the remainder of the program. To cancel your registration, email our customer service team at [email protected].

Rescheduling window: We understand that life happens. If you’re not able to attend a workshop, peer group, or other session within your program, we invite you to attend a future offering that’s on the public calendar or we can work to reschedule you to another date. To update your registration, email our customer service team at [email protected].

Private Engagements

Cancellation window: We put a lot of love and preparation into our custom engagements, so we ask for 14 days’ notice for cancellations. If something comes up inside that window, we can’t offer a refund, but we’ll gladly work with you to find a new date. To cancel a custom engagement with at least 14 days’ notice, contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Rescheduling window: We look forward to these engagements as much as you do! Please give us 14 days’ notice to reschedule and contact our customer service team at [email protected] to make the change.

Campus

Cancellation window: You can easily cancel an upcoming room reservation 24 hours before your reservation’s start time. To cancel your reservation, visit your Aileron Dashboard and click “View Purchase History” in the top menu. From there, you’ll see all your upcoming reservations and the option to “Refund and Remove” a pending reservation.

Rescheduling window: You can easily reschedule an upcoming room reservation 24 hours in advance of your reservation’s start time. First, you’ll need to cancel your existing room reservation by visiting your Aileron Dashboard and clicking “View Purchase History” in the top menu. From there, you’ll see all your upcoming reservations and the option to “Refund and Remove” a pending reservation. After you’ve canceled the existing reservation, simply create a new reservation for the new date.
