Leading a High Performing Board will arm you with a framework to create a high performing board or turn your existing board into a valuable source of constructive feedback, accountability, and wisdom. In this service, you’ll:
- Get clear on the value of a board, what a board should do, and what a board shouldn’t do
- Grow to understand the roles of an effective board and the responsibilities for each role
- Learn a repeatable method for running an existing board or maintaining a new board
- Leverage our 5 C’s model to evaluate and improve the competency, chemistry, commitment, communication, and collaboration of your board
- Hear from peers as they share their experiences and answer your questions
- Define actionable next steps for constructing or improving your board
What’s included
This full-day workshop takes place on Aileron’s Campus and includes breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. The service also includes a follow-up session with an Aileron Business Coach where you can process what you learned and how to move forward.
