Jay Meyer

Jay Meyer is the founder and owner of EagleLaunch, a life and business-coaching organization that builds on his experience in the professional world. Jay earned his Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from The Raabe College of Pharmacy at Ohio Northern University in 1982. Previously, Jay served as a partner and President of HealthCare Pharmacy (HCP), a major healthcare company. During Jay's 30 year tenure at HCP Jay utilized a professional management model in order to effectively facilitate the company growth, growing sales more than 200 fold. In 2008, HCP was sold to Remedi Senior Care Pharmacy (RSCP), and Jay served as their vice president of operations until his retirement in 2010.

Jay is also one of the founding members of NetRx, a national buying group for independently owned long-term care pharmacies. He served as its president from 1998 to 2008. Additionally, he is the co-founder and past president of the Senior Care Pharmacy Alliance (SCPA) – a national legislative advocacy organization that plays an active role in the shaping of federal healthcare law. He currently serves as a board director for Covington Savings and Loan, and is also a board member of the Ohio Northern University Pharmacy.
