A system of professional management to ensure long-term effectiveness and prosperity is at the core of Aileron's courses and services.

In addition to professional management, you will also become familiar with a simplified method of running a business known as DOC. In DOC, the owner or president focuses on building and sustaining a healthy enterprise through Direction, Operation and Control.

From setting the appropriate direction of the enterprise to diagnosing problems within the organization, professional management focuses on six key fundamentals: leadership, strategy, culture, people development, structure and controls.

Once these key fundamentals are understood, an effective management system is constructed that not only establishes a leadership style and philosophy that permeates throughout the organization, but also monitors the performance of the organization and the overall progress of the management system.
