As co-founder of Connors Davis and Company International, located in Maryland, Connecticut and Ireland, Mary Connors has extensive international and domestic experience in organization and human development, strategic formulation, change management and knowledge transfer.

Years of diversified experience have enabled Mary to create a number of vehicles to support individual and organizations, including:

  • The Practitioner Connection is a consulting service that aligns with an organization's leadership and offers experienced managerial consulting and operational diagnostics.
  • The Team Institute assists organizations in the structural and system design process needed to create co-located and virtual structures/teams.
  • The Executive Coaching Association provides one-on-one coaching for executives to enable individuals to improve their business effectiveness and long-term personal development with immediate problem-solving results.

Mary's clients span the globe and come from a wide array of industries in the private, government and non-profit sectors. A brief sampling of her client base includes Merrill Lynch, AT&T, Mercedes-Benz, NASA, the Department of Justice, Mowat Canada, Personal Home Care, Con Edison, Amgen, Microsoft and the Red Cross.

Mary is associated with Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and The National University of Ireland in Galway, where she teaches in the MBA and master's programs. She's currently completing her doctorial dissertation in human and organizational systems.

Elsewhere in the business education arena, Mary has served as a faculty member for the President's Association of the American Management Association. And as an Aileron consultant and facilitator, she continues to lend her expertise and experience to leaders of privately held firms.
